Ajit’s professional journey includes esteemed roles at renowned hotels such as Holiday Inn, Le Meridien, The Westin, and Six Senses Resorts. He has also honed his skills aboard luxury cruise lines like Renaissance, Celebrity, Crystal, Carnival, and Royal Caribbean. Along the way, he earned valuable certifications in Food Safety, HACCP Standards, and USPH procedures, all contributing to his reputation as a subject-matter expert. Additionally, he has worked as a Pre-opening Training Manager for premium hotels, resorts, and luxury cruise liners.

As a certified trainer, Ajit has conducted training sessions for over 30,000 students from various management institutes, groomed beauty pageant participants, and trained individuals from 65+ nationalities. His expertise spans Public Speaking, Cultural Diversity Training, Time Management, Personal Development, and International Business Etiquette. Having cruised to over 100 countries as a Corporate Trainer on 5-star cruises, training 65 different nationalities, Ajit brings a truly global perspective to his work. These rich experiences have shaped his public speaking skills, enhanced his cultural sensitivity, and deepened his insights into leadership training.

Ajit’s guiding philosophy is “Have an Attitude of a Trainer and an Aptitude of a Trainee.” He believes in embracing a lifelong journey of learning, sharing knowledge, and staying curious.

As a multifaceted personality, Ajit has also made a name for himself in the entertainment industry, featuring in notable films like War (2019), Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019), and Adipurush (2023). His modelling career has taken him to various destinations worldwide, further reflecting his versatility and charisma.

Ventured into the field of acting at the age of 45 and did many projects. In Ajit’s own words, “There is never a wrong age to do the right thing”
