The Square Motif

The logo’s two interconnected squares stand for balance, stability, and structure—elements crucial in training and human resources settings. Squares are frequently linked to dependability and stability, which reflects our dedication to offering solid, trustworthy services.

The 'i' Shapes

The tagline is intimately related to the two tiny square parts that resemble the letter “i” inside the larger squares. They stand for the training’s emphasis on the individual – identifying and empowering persons (“i”) in a methodical way.

Dual Tone (Yellow and White)

The vibrant contrast between the white and yellow portions draws attention to the main idea of “inspire and impact.” Since yellow is linked to optimism, creative thinking, and energy it complements the optimistic and inspiring tone of our services. White depicts a feeling of openness, simplicity, and clarity.
